Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026 · Last updated September 21, 2026

About these terms

DanceTide is operated by Splash Radius Corp (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of dancetide.com and submission of studio enquiries or demo access requests. Our contact is support@dancetide.com. Please read these terms before using the website or submitting a form.

Eligibility and studio enquiries

The site is intended for adults who can enter agreements under the laws where they live. If you represent a studio, you must be authorized to submit its business information. Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit private student or family records.

Demo access and availability

A demo access request lets us email you a personal link to a sample studio with sample data. The link works for a limited time. A request or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, ongoing access, particular features or a launch date. The demo and product previews illustrate possible experiences; availability and features may change.

Requesting demo access or sending an enquiry does not create a paid subscription, require payment or authorize charges. Before any paid service, we will provide pricing and applicable service terms for your agreement. Any use of DanceTide with real studio data may require additional terms and privacy arrangements before access is granted.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, infringement or harassment. Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues, subject to applicable law.

Content and feedback

DanceTide branding, site design and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the public site; other use requires permission unless applicable law allows it. You retain ownership of information you submit and permit us to process it to respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily suggest product improvements, we may use the ideas without an obligation to pay you; this does not authorize public use of your name, confidential records or a testimonial.

Third-party services

External services, including Facebook and Instagram, have their own terms and privacy policies. Meta does not sponsor or endorse DanceTide. Our use of Meta’s API administers our advertising; a website enquiry does not grant access to your social-media accounts.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information, but the website may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and previews are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on a marketing preview as an operational scheduling or recordkeeping service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes remedies available under applicable law.

Privacy, local rights and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices, and our data-deletion instructions explains how to make a request. These terms apply to visitors from Canada, the United States, Mexico and elsewhere, subject to mandatory local rights. They do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights or require you to give up protections available where you live.

If an issue arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines any jurisdiction or venue requirements that have not been separately agreed.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Revisions will appear here with an updated date. Material changes to an ongoing service will receive additional notice and any agreement required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
